Project includes laundry room with sink, Cedar closet with shelving, and utility room.

February 2008, Quincy, MA
Oak staircase sanded and finished off site and installed ready for use. One final coat once in place inconvenienced the homeowners for only one evening.

November 2006, Wayland, MA
Basement remodel. Complete renovation of the lower level in a 2BR ranch in Wayland. New layout yields an exercise room, office, utility room, laundry room, and full bath. The entire staircase was replaced to meet the current building code, insulation, plumbing and electrical were all updated. The living area now features engineered Maple hardwood floors, new Andersen casement windows, recessed lighting, Oak stairs, and a custom Cedar closet.
